01 General Terms & Conditions
Js9 (js9.vin) is an international online gaming and betting platform serving players in Bangladesh and other countries. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between js9 and its users. By using the js9 platform, you agree to comply with all terms set out herein.

These terms apply solely to the js9.vin website and its associated mobile applications. js9 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part or all of its services at any time.
02 Account Registration & Eligibility
The following requirements must be met to open an account with js9:
- You must be at least 18 Years must be met.
- Each individual may hold only one account You may hold one account only. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
- All information provided at the time of registration must be truthful, accurate, and up to date.
- You are not residing in a country where online gaming is completely prohibited.
- You must operate the account in your own name and on your own behalf.
Identity Verification (KYC)
Js9 may request identity documents, proof of address, or proof of payment method for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time. Failure to submit the required documents within the specified timeframe may result in a temporary account suspension. Large withdrawals will only be approved once the KYC process has been completed.
03 Deposit & Payment Policy
The following rules apply to all deposits on js9:

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned. js9 reserves the right to decline any deposit at its sole discretion.
04 Withdrawal Policy
The following terms apply to all withdrawals from js9:
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
- KYC verification must be completed before a withdrawal can be processed.
- The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 200.
- Wagering requirements must be fulfilled before any winnings derived from a bonus can be withdrawn.
- Withdrawals may be placed on hold pending investigation if suspicious activity is detected.
Withdrawal requests are normally processed within 15–30 minutes. However, verification may be required in some cases, which can extend the processing time. js9 reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawals.
05 Bonus & Promotional Offers
All js9 bonuses and promotions are subject to their own terms and conditions. Please read the relevant terms carefully before claiming any bonus.
Welcome Bonus
A 100% bonus is available on your first deposit. To withdraw this bonus, a minimum wagering requirement of 10x times. The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus must be completed within 30 days of receiving it, or the bonus will be forfeited.
Reload & Other Bonuses
Weekly reload bonuses, cashback, and VIP bonus terms apply separately. js9 reserves the right to modify, cancel, or extend any promotion at any time. Each bonus offer may only be used once per account.
06 Betting Rules
The following general rules apply to all betting on js9:
- Once a bet has been confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
- If an event is cancelled, the bet amount will be refunded.
- If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, js9 reserves the right to void the affected bets.
- If match-fixing or unfair advantage is suspected, the relevant bets and payouts may be voided.
- During live betting, odds may change due to network latency.
Maximum Payout
Js9 sets maximum payout limits for each betting category. Any winnings that exceed these limits will not be paid out. Please contact our support team for details on applicable limits.
07 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the js9 platform:
- Multi-Accounting: Creating multiple accounts to take advantage of bonus offers.
- Bonus Abuse: Attempting to withdraw funds by circumventing bonus terms and conditions.
- Money Laundering: Using the platform for the purpose of money laundering.
- Collusion: Colluding with other players to defraud the platform.
- Automated Software: Placing bets using bots or automated tools.
- Using another person's information: Operating an account under another person's identity.
If any such activity is detected, js9 reserves the right to immediately close the account, forfeit any funds held, and notify law enforcement authorities if necessary.
08 Account Closure & Suspension
Js9 may close or suspend an account under the following circumstances:
- In the event of a breach of these Terms and Conditions.
- In the event of KYC verification failure.
- In cases of suspicious financial activity.
- At the player's own request (self-exclusion).
- Extended periods of account inactivity.

09 Limitation of Liability
Js9 accepts no liability in the following circumstances:
- If a game is interrupted due to internet disruption or a technical issue.
- If the player shares their password or account credentials with another person.
- For losses caused by third-party software or hardware issues.
- Financial losses resulting from the player's own betting decisions.
Js9 is committed to maintaining a high standard of service, but 100% uptime cannot be guaranteed. The platform may be temporarily unavailable during scheduled maintenance.
10 Terms Changes & Legal Matters
Js9 reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Players will be notified of significant changes via email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.
All disputes will be resolved in accordance with js9's applicable laws and jurisdiction. The first step in resolving any dispute is to contact the js9 support team. We believe most issues can be settled through direct communication.
Although these Terms and Conditions are written in Bengali, the English version shall prevail in all matters of legal interpretation. It is the player's responsibility to read and understand all terms.
